If I have an issue, how long will it take to resolve?
Motor Finance Wizard will acknowledge receipt of all enquiries and/or concerns you may have within two (2) business days, and will aim to resolve as many issues as possible within five (5) business days. If you raise an issue with us, we will address it as quickly as possible.
